Not Purr-fect? We’ve Got Your Back!

At FurReal Supply, we want you — and your fur baby — to be tail-wagging happy.

Return Window:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items Must Be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• In resellable condition (no paw prints, please!)

How to Start a Return:

• Email us at info@furrealsupply.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made a mistake (oops — we’ll own it!).

Exchanges:

• We currently don’t offer direct exchanges — but you can return and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Items?

• Contact us at info@furrealsupply.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll fix it faster than your pet sniffs a new toy.
